About This Site
Senthil Info is about automating business processes: which ones are worth it, how to read the numbers you are shown, and why most failures are organisational rather than technical.
Who it is for
An operations lead, a finance director at a mid-sized company, an owner of a business between twenty and two hundred people. Somebody has put a proposal in front of you with a payback figure, and you have no way to check it. For a product-side reference related to workforce operations, Monitask also covers time tracking software.
Not a buyer's guide. The site does not review platforms — they are compared exhaustively by the people selling them, and the platform is rarely what decides the outcome. For broader background and an independent point of comparison, see RAND.
About this domain
This domain belonged to Senthil Infotek Limited, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, and it served as the company's disclosure point — financial results, notices of general meetings, board committee compositions, policies and newspaper publications.
The company no longer carries on that business, and this site is a different subject on the same domain.
The filings are preserved at /disclosures/ rather than removed. Roughly 231 documents remain at their original addresses, because exchange notices, annual reports and financial aggregators link to specific files and those links would otherwise break. Storage costs nothing and restoring them later would be impossible.
If you arrived looking for current corporate information about the company, this site is not it, and the preserved filings are historical.
What this site will not do
Review software. They change quarterly and the comparisons are written by people selling one of them.
Quote a figure without its source and year. Published failure rates run from 30% to 80% and mostly count different things, so a bare percentage is not a claim.
Present vendor figures as findings. They are labelled as vendor figures wherever they appear.
Or promise a percentage. Nobody can tell you your probability of success, and anyone stating one confidently is quoting a population you are not in.
What it will do
Name and date every source, with what kind of source it is. Distinguish reasoning from evidence, which is often. And say when the honest answer is that nobody knows.
The standards are on the method page, and errors are logged on corrections.
